All Brillion High School graduates get job offer

BRILLION, Wis. (May 27, 2022) – AriensCo offered a job to all graduating Brillion High School seniors in the Class of 2022 just hours before graduation.

Friday, May 27, the Brillion High School Class of 2022 was greeted by a member of the AriensCo recruiting team who announced the initiative at graduation practice. Prior to extending the exciting invitation, AriensCo worked closely with Elissa Hoffman, Brillion High School Principal, to make the opportunity possible.

“We are all very excited for our graduating Brillion High School seniors to have this opportunity,” said Hoffman. “Our students have a wide variety of goals after graduation, and this offer of employment from AriensCo is an immense benefit that will help them reach those goals. We are proud of our graduates' preparation for college and careers, and this partnership will help keep their skills and talents right here in the Brillion community.”

Since 2007, AriensCo has partnered with local educators, administrators and school board members to build a STEM education program within the Brillion School District. In 2017, Dan Ariens, chairman and CEO of AriensCo, received the Visionary Award for leadership in STEM education from NEW Manufacturing Alliance.

AriensCo’s strong support of education and commitment to the community was the leading reason for providing this compelling opportunity to the Class of 2022. This partnership not only supports education but overall supports the Brillion community by keeping students local and creating jobs in the area.

“We offer a wide assortment of career opportunities and work schedules, if someone wants to work at AriensCo, we will be able to provide an opportunity,” said Alissa Beyer, AriensCo senior director of HR.

Elizabeth Phipps, member of the Brillion High School Class of 2022, shared how beneficial her time at AriensCo has been.

“AriensCo has provided an extremely welcoming environment which has allowed me to build meaningful relationships with a number of employees,” said Phipps. “I am very fortunate to learn and ask questions in an environment which encourages and fosters growth.”
