Summer Music Series is back at AriensCo’s Stone Prairie event venue

The sounds of summer are back at Stone Prairie for another summer series of live music and good BBQ. Stone Prairie is a year-round outdoor event site. It has two heated pavilions, a stone fireplace, chandeliers and even a greenhouse imported from England!

The summer series concerts are on:

June 8th: Adriel Denae & Stu Heiss - Adriel Denae grew up in an old hotel in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago within a philanthropic, musical family and spiritual commune surrounded by relics of the gilded and jazz ages. Gospel, folk, blues, jazz, and the sounds and experiences of a uniquely diverse neighborhood pointed her sensibilities towards timelessness and mystery. Having performed throughout the world and with a wealth of performances and original songs under her belt, including an album produced by her friend, Norah Jones, Denae will be joined for this series by her dad, Stu Heiss, for a special duo performance.

June 22: Girl & The Gunn - Two solo musicians from the Green Bay area come together to create the soul-pleasing acoustic project, Girl & The Gunn. The duets and harmonies from Amanda James and Kurt Gunn are hauntingly beautiful as they sing folk-like originals and "original" covers with their own style.

July 20: Kevin Troestler Trio - Kevin Troeslter is a country-blues artist out of Appleton whose songs offer a range of high-energy guitar picking to soulful blues playing. A versatile singer-songwriter and performer who plays throughout the Upper Midwest, Troestler’s musical influences include Stevie Ray Vaughan and The Allman Brothers Band.

July 27: The Raglanders - The Raglanders are a 5-piece group from Green Bay, Wisconsin who blur the lines between Rock and Country with a uniquely Midwestern take. They draw on traditional influences like Gram Parsons, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, and The Band along with newer voices such as Ryan Adams and Jason Isbell.

August 10: Erin Krebs & Jeff Johnston - Erin Krebs & Jeff Johnston form an award-winning Fox Cities-based duo that performs a unique mix of jazz, blues and R&B throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Midwest. Jeff’s skilled guitar playing is the perfect complement to whatever Erin is singing – whether she’s improvising a horn-like scat solo, soulfully singing an original ballad, or belting out a blues standard.

August 24: Kyle Megna & Ross Catterton - Kyle Megna and Ross Catterton, best known from the Fox Cities-based band Kyle Megna and the Monsoons, bring an energy-infused performance duo to the stage that grabs your attention from the start, offering an indie-blues-folk rock feel with guitars and horns that sounds like a full band is delivering the vibe.

Doors, bar and food truck starts at 5pm. Live music from 5:30pm – 7:30pm. Admission is free!
The summer series is a concert series that goes on throughout the summer and is held at Stone Prairie in Brillion, WI.
There is seating provided or bring your own lawn chair if you so desire! The music is a great way for the community to enjoy the beautiful scenery under the stars with friends, family and great food. We hope to see you there!
