AriensCo employs interns year-round, with the majority of our open positions at our corporate offices in Brillion, Wis.

Youth Apprenticeship

AriensCo youth apprentices are typically local high school students in their junior or senior year of classes. In cooperation with the student’s high school and the local Wisconsin Youth Apprentice Consortium, students work part time hours during the day under AriensCo mentors who are trained in the youth apprentice program.

Students who participate in the youth apprentice program at AriensCo gain real-world experience, which helps them identify career paths for their future. Most youth apprentices complete the program while enrolled in both high school courses and part time courses at a technical college.

Registered Apprenticeship

AriensCo employs several registered apprentices who are above the age of 18 and have already graduated high school. Most registered apprentice programs are four to five years, and are focused on specific skilled areas including: industrial electricians, maintenance mechanic millwrights, maintenance technicians, welders/automated welding, machinists, tool and die makers and industrial manufacturing technicians.

Apprentices in the program attend three to four years of courses at a technical college in conjunction with their apprenticeship at AriensCo Leaders work with those in the program to achieve the planned number of work hours deemed appropriate for their specific skill or trade.
